To begin with go to settings and choose your preferred unit of weight and currency.
All calculations will refer to these settings.

To use the barcode scanning function you need to download the required App from Google Play: Barcode Scanner (ZXing Team) - Google Play

Before you go shopping for the first time we recommend to enter some data.
In "Data management" put in your own stores, product categories and maybe some products that you have at home already.
Once you have put in your products, you only have to adjust the actual price and quantity when shopping.
